Recruiting can quickly become overwhelming. Students are managing applications, networking, interviews, assessments, deadlines, and career decisions at the same time. The Accelerator was designed to replace that fragmented process with a structured system of resources, accountability, and personalized support.

Rather than treating recruiting as a series of isolated applications, the program helps students build a repeatable process for identifying opportunities, preparing early, developing professional relationships, and making consistent progress.
